Foundation Day Weekend May 2010

Araluen Botanic park is situated near Roleystone. In the spring it is apparently awash with flowers. I thought it was beautiful, and so like England. Brown leaves and reflections.

They had loads of raised beds / pot beaming with chillis of all variety, and capsicums.

My little man has lost his first tooth after a slight knock during daddy time. After a few tears, and a bit of blood, Euan was quite pleased. We were of course hoping it was wobbly in the first place!

The entire Rattray clan (except older cousins) came for a picnic and play. Lots of steps and lots of steep paths to explore.

And leaves. I remember going to Virginia Waters and throwing leaves, even Alice Holt. Seems an age ago.

I am trying to have a real practice with my camera and get out of my comfort zone. A bit of creative editing and am quite pleased.

Euan getting bigger and bigger... 5 and 3/4 now!

See... I did loose my tooth.

Bob and Ann having a cuppa in the cafe.

Amanda and Freya. Freya is now taller than me... yes I know that wasn't difficult.

Kerry being kind and posing for me!
